Position Overview :
- Seeking a Senior Agency Development Manager to guide our insurance agents in meeting sales objectives and delivering exceptional service, requiring a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership, and deep industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.
- Set sales targets and objectives for individual agents and the agency as a whole.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Stay up-to-date on the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales and management-related field (preferred).
- Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years.
- Candidates must be local natives for at least 3-5 years.
