Senior Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
This role will concentrate on recruiting, training, and managing performance to achieve sales goals and strengthen our market presence. The perfect candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to develop strong partnerships with agencies.
Main Responsibilities :
- Recruit and onboard new agencies.
- Provide training and support to enhance agency performance.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with agency partners.
- Track agency performance and offer insightful feedback.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or agency management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
