Senior Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
The senior agency development manager will lead and mentor a team of agency development managers and insurance advisors. This role focuses on driving business growth, enhancing team performance, and achieving sales targets within the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support Agency Development Managers and advisors.
- Recruit, train, and develop new insurance advisors.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and sales.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, including field sales, is required.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong skills in leadership, mentoring, and client management.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data and monitoring performance.
- Must be a local resident.
