Senior Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)

- Developing your sales team through motivation.
- Recruit & manage Insurance Adviser in assigned market.
- Coordinates with the centre team.
- Drive sales performance through motivation and coaching.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation in any stream of studies.
- Experience: 1-5 years in Sales.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeled. It has to be local.
