We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Agency Development Manager to lead and grow our agency channel. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing agency teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the agency's growth, profitability, and overall performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze agency performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement effective coaching and training programs to enhance agent productivity and sales skills.
