We are hiring a senior agency development manager to lead and enhance our agency channel. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and driving sales growth through effective recruitment, training, and management of insurance agents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies for agency growth and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of agency development managers and agents.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs for agents.
- Drive sales performance and market expansion initiatives.
- Maintain compliance and prepare performance reports.
Requirements :
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- Must be local.
