Senior Agency Development Manager - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our insurance company.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders in the insurance industry.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to improve sales skills and performance.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer service and business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Possess relevant insurance licenses and certifications.
