Senior Agency Development Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive sales opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish quantifiable and unambiguous sales goals for the group that are in line with corporate goals.
- Have sufficient understanding of the company's goods and services to properly convey characteristics and advantages to customers.
- To produce high-quality leads, oversee the development and implementation of outbound prospecting initiatives.
- Leveraging management and monitoring capabilities to provide sales production that is constant. Boost retention and productivity of agents.
Candidate Profile :
Age:- Min 22 Years to max 38 years
Qualification:- Graduate/MBA
Experience:- +2 years in any field of sales
Skills :
- Proven ability to engage and qualify leads via outbound prospecting methods.
- It is helpful to have prior experience in inside sales, sales development, or a related position.
