Senior Agency Development Manager - Insurance (2-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
As a Senior Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and expanding the agency network. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who has hands-on experience in BFSI, FMCG, and team management. Your primary focus will be on business growth, relationship management, and ensuring that targets are met through a motivated sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of agency partners to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase profitability.
- Motivate and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales training, workshops, and skill development programs.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans for underperforming team members.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies for sustainable business growth.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI, FMCG, or Team Handling (Mandatory).
- Proven team leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret sales trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- A proactive, target-driven individual with strong business acumen and leadership abilities.
