Senior Accounts Manager - Sales - Media (4-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your Accounts Identifying new clients and potential business opportunities
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed and delivered in a timely manner
- Perform data analysis to decipher market trends and behavior
- Generate ideas for clients based on the brand requirement
Requirements :
- Previous Sales or Media Experience
- Customer Service, Maintaining Relationships
- Detail-Orientated
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Stay up to date with digital technology trends
- Great time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities
- Knowledge of client's business by continuous research and analysis of brand, and its competitors
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field
