Senior Accounts Executive - SaaS Firm (4-10 yrs)
We have an urgent opening for Senior Accounts Executive.
Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue growth by hunting new logos, strategic account planning, cross selling new products/use cases to existing customers and targeted new customers.
- Apply value-based solution selling techniques and develop a culture of consultative sales.
- Leverage our successful playbooks and enhance particular focus areas.
- Provide transparent and consistent management input on the status of the business, results, and quality of our combined execution.
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Handling complaints and negotiations.
- Be accountable for new customer acquisition and revenue performance targets.
- Work with and mentor a team of AEs, Inside Sales Reps and SDRs.
Requirements :
- 4+ years proven experience as an Account Executive or in other quota carrying sales roles.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Closing Experience in a B2B SAAS environment is preferred.
- Experience in selling technology solutions to Mid-market and larger companies in an inside sales environment is preferred.
- Should be willing to work for US geography from India.
- Solid technical and commercial skills with an ability to operate independently when necessary.
- Consistent over achievement in previous performance and results.
