Senior Account Manager - Sales - IT Services (8-10 yrs)

Description :
This is an exciting and challenging position serving an elite client base. The job entails working closely with existing clients, as well as pursuing new business in and outside of existing accounts. Must interface with clients, recruiters, administration, and executive management.
Duties :
- Generate, qualify, develop, and close opportunities.
- Understand and convey complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
- Develop account opening and penetration strategies to achieve personal quota for assigned accounts and targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage accounts for expanded sales opportunities.
- Track, monitor, and report sales activities
Required :
- 8+ years of overall sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Verifiable track record of sales success in new business development and account management.
- Used to working in a metric driven environment.
- Must be a self-motivated and results oriented.
- High motor and energetic.
- Highly organized person that could one day be Executive Management.
- People oriented and able to develop relationships quickly.
- Great communication skills in person and over the phone.
Desired :
- IT Services sales experience
