Senior Account Manager - Sales - IT (6-8 yrs)
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Location: Remote Shift - US (5:00 PM to Midnight)
The Role:
- Should be able to manage a mix of large/medium and small size clients
- Develops new business by analysing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales
- Identifies potential in accounts by studying current business.
- Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
- Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.
- Participates in product development by preparing specifications; conferring with product engineering.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Identifying client needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products
- Analysing and relaying customer reactions.
