Senior Account Manager - Sales - Insurance (5-7 yrs)
Our Key Account Manager is a trusted & strategic partner. This is your chance to align with our customers to meet their Employee health and benefit needs, adding value as a trusted insurance advisor. You will manage a group of existing accounts to build strong, long-term relationships with key contacts. You'll be empowered to manage and grow existing accounts by bringing services, and expanding on existing services offered, with a focus on increasing efficiency, adding value and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities :
- Generate, manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
- Present our product to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings
- Be able to anticipate, manage and influence objections of the clients
- Ensure high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process
- Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities, with the support of the sales development and marketing functions
- Research accounts to understand need, enable effective follow up, and generate interest
- Navigate through complex sales cycles with some of the most prestigious companies in India
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in corporate health insurance or general insurance broking
- Ambitious, hard-working, and leadership abilities.
- Want to grow as a leader in a fast growing technology company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of customer psychology and desire to help people
