What You will Do :
- Partner with our clients to deliver predictable outcomes and experiences for their clients and predictable growth for their business by:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand clients' needs and work with our team to deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations
- Work with clients to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion of our products or services
- Monitor and analyze clients' usage and performance data to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that clients' needs are being met and that we are delivering high-quality products or services
- Manage client contracts and renewals, including negotiating terms and pricing
What We are Looking For ?
- 3- 5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management or another client-facing role
- Experience working with large enterprise customers
- Strong leadership skills
- Impressive executive presence and communication abilities
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
- Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
- Comfort in a startup environment where we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
