- Customer Obsession - Extensive research to understand the customer's business model and their needs. Take regular feedback and act as a partner than a vendor

What you will do :
- Own territory sales targets for the Americas region
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, sales presentations, platform demonstrations, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation
- Research, map & prospect the top accounts in the North and South Americas region
- Develop a consulting and advisory relationship with client stakeholders & executive sponsors
- Work closely with our Customer Success team during client onboarding/implementation
- Overseeing all aspects of CRM, analytics, and reporting, including identifying the correct KPIs to track and report while monitoring the ROI for clients' campaigns
What you need to have :
- 4-10 years of total experience with at least 2 years in closing Software/SaaS sales for SMB/ enterprise accounts ($15K - $50K Deal Sizes)
- Experience with selling in the international markets (Preferably North America)
- Experience with working on RFPs, executive presentations, CRMs, and other sales & marketing-focused automation tools is a plus
- Okay to work in the Americas shift (7 pm to 5 am, 8.5 working effective working hours to be clocked)
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
