Senior Account Executive/Account Executive - Business Development - MarTech Products (3-8 yrs)
About the role :
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic professional to join us, with a focus on driving revenue growth. As a key member of the strategy team, you will provide strong upliftment and direction to our business development efforts, encompassing sales, client closures, and overall revenue expansion for our martech products.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of martech products around optimization of digital marketing spends and their application in diverse markets.
- Collaborate closely with the product and technical teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities.
Revenue Ownership :
- Take ownership of revenue numbers for the business, developing and implementing effective pricing strategies.
- Ensure alignment of business development efforts with the company's financial objectives.
Strategic Planning for Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets
- Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and potential areas for global expansion.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Leverage your extensive experience in driving sales and closing deals in diverse markets and for digital marketing agencies
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in both domestic and international contexts.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of progressive experience in business development and sales
- Experience in driving deals and closure for marketing agencies would be a big plus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in both domestic and international markets
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of martech products, and industry trends around digital marketing
