Senior Academic Counsellor (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding the product completely and the needs of the students
- Ability to make students understand the objective and benefits of our global certification course.
- Providing complete Course details to the students.
- Achieve the monthly sales growth and hit sales targets
- Be fully aware of new products and competition status
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Update the details in the CRM
Requirements and Key skills :
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience in the Education industry
- Sales experience in the Ed-tech industry is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
