- You will lead the Sale/marketing/business development of services for this venture.

- Have experience in 3PL/4PL logistics and Customer Omnichannel products and needs
- Have experience in Courier/Cargo/Freight/relocation/trucking industry
- Get to sign up, review and negotiate LSP contracts, agreements and other terms for using SendMyKart.
- Manage and track quality, cost and delivery performance of LSPs and establish good network of Vendors
- Managing P&L of the City Business Point
- Effectively search prospective clients, generate sales leads.
- Train LSPs staff on SendMyKart products to ensure a smooth delivery operation.
- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, contracting, billing / invoicing, online-service activations and troubleshooting
- Handle special projects related to Sales. Involves taking single-point responsibility of a certain revenue stream, process improvement
- Manage critical client accounts which have higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing.
- Track success of the defined matrix and workout plan of action to achieve results.
- Design and establish operations processes
- Analyze product metrics regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements.
- Build a large and dynamic team to enable business growth
- Participate actively in further fund-raising efforts
- 2 - 15 years of experience in Sales/Marketing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals
- Very high ethical standards
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
