- You will be working with an exceptionally talented team with years of experience in product design, engineering, operations, and marketing. You would be operating in a start-up environment. This means 'rolling up your sleeves' and diving deep into the details with an eager willingness to create and execute, taking complete ownership of work and stretching oneself and, over a period, building and leading a growing team.

- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Specialist based out of Hyderabad to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

What you'll do day-to-day :


- Identify potential clients to find new opportunities


- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients


- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients


- Create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients


- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders


- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed


- Become a subject matter expert on our business product, processes, and operations


Requirements


Who we're looking for :


- At least 6 years of proven work experience as a business development personnel.


- Must possess previous experience in the SaaS industry.


- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant field


- Demonstrated achievement in B2B selling of HR tech solutions


- Experience in customer support is a plus


- Proficiency in MS Office and Hubspot is a must


- Excellent communication and influencing skills


- Should be resourceful and should have an existing network of potential customers that can be tapped into for our financial wellness solution


- Ability to build rapport with new people


- Willing to travel within India as needed


- Time management and organizational skills

- Possess high integrity, capable of handling sensitive and confidential matters


- Understand not just the 'why' and but also the 'how', and combine this knowledge with strong business acumen to create new processes geared towards the fast-paced world of fintech


- Possess great communication and interpersonal skills and get along with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that work gets done
