Job Profile:
Candidate will be a team member of the solutions sales team who are responsible for the new products and solutions sales of digital payment stack of the company. The products includes digital wallet and prepaid card in various avatars. The role requires all-round Sales & business development skills to take the lead in managing the implementation of existing solutions and projects which will include but not limited to the following :
- Corporate Expense Management using Prepaid card
- Low value salary solutions to institutions
- Gifting solutions on Digital & Physical prepaid cards
- Travel & reimbursement solutions to corporates
- Tax saving Meal cards for employees
- B2B agent cards for transactions online and in store etc.
- Very Strong Network with Corporates & Institutions is desired.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Cold calling and lead generation for the proposed solutions
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products services addressing or predicting client's objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Knowledge & Skills required :
- Relevant experience from Telecom, banking, Retail, Wallet, Prepaid cards, E-commerce. Understanding in digital payments and solutions from the issuance perspective is desired.
Education, Experience required :
- At least 4 years of corporate sales experience, Postgraduation in management will be an advantage
Competencies required :
- Good Experience in Concept Selling or Institutional Sales
- Enterprise sales experience
- Pleasing personality & good presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
Anyone having experience in Corporate Gifting, Corporate Card Sales
