Semikart - Inside Sales Role (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with customers to understand their semiconductor needs and technical requirements.
2. Provide expert guidance on semiconductor product selection, specifications, and applications.
Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions.
3. Stay updated on the latest semiconductor products, technologies, and industry trends.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's semiconductor product catalog.
4. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
5. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and providing quotes.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
9. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
10. Suggest improvements to sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and product offerings.
11. Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance technical knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in semiconductor sales, technical support, or a related field is highly desirable.
3. Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor products and applications.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
