Customer Support Executive Responsibilities :
- Resolving customer complaints brought to attention.
- Provide customer assistance and support primarily via phone, email and Chat for technical and customer account and also ensure all issues are resolved to customer's satisfaction.
- To understand the customer's problem accurately, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers.
- Need to deal with our customers from all over India.
- Will be responsible to call clients and explain them about the services we provide.
- No Tele Sales, No Sales Target.
Customer Support Executive Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills
- Good listening and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 6 months - 1 years experience.
- Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office systems.
- Computer skills.
