Job Description:

Day to day order processing across platforms - both B2C and B2B.

Inventory Management and Stock Reorder.

Manage individual and bulk listings.

Looking after entire listing process, cataloging, & pricing.

Compare prices & products listing from competitive websites (eCommerce Sites).

End to end order handling - Right from placing the order till final delivery and satisfied feedback from customers.

Co-ordinate all website issues with 3rd party partners. This is applicable on both - own website and different platforms.

Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries.

Continuously improve through feedback.

Monitoring promotional activities at Marketplaces.

Achieving sales targets by applying advertisement policy, by update all discounts and coupon features.

Skills Required:

Detail Oriented and Proactive

Advance MS Office Excel skills

Able to do Quality Check

Developed analytical and problem solving skills

Having networking abilities

Basic Knowledge of eCommerce industry is must.

General Knowledge of content management systems would be a plus.
