Seller Support Role - BPO (0-2 yrs)
We are hiring Seller support ( semi voice support ) for our client Aegis Global.
Job 1. Seller Support Associates: No. of position - 30
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with the current and potential sellers.
- Achieve successful first time resolution on all seller contacts.
- Ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting firm's Sellers partners.
- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve Seller's issues and questions.
- Talk confidently and provide correct information of the products.
- Helps customer make selections by offering suggestions and opinions.
- Follow and achieve departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly Basis
- Provides after sales support as necessary.
