Seller Success Associate - Internet/Online (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Support our acquisition team by getting in touch with acquired sellers to acquaint them with Shop Optimization process which is essentially the polishing and beautification of their online shop.
2. Scheduling time for content team to get in touch with sellers for writing shop, seller and product descriptions as well as, following up with sellers to successfully complete the process of uploading this content on their shops online.
3. Help with troubleshooting of different kinds as required by sellers when they are walked through the shop optimisation process. This can include giving feedback relating to different aspects of the online shop.
- Ideal candidate would be a tele caller who has worked in the ecommerce space and understands the nuances of creating an attractive shop to help sellers increase sales. Interest in handmade products, arts and craft is a plus.
Requirements :
- Excellent conversational skills
- An understanding of consumers and what motivates them online
- Comprehension of commerce space
