Select Service Advisor - After Sales - Recruitment (1-4 yrs)
Talent hunting for the post of Select Service Advisor @ Thane, Mumbai-
Responsibilities
1. Managing Post-Sales experience & Service Quality of Premium Members of select
2. Involves understanding member requirements, developing his profile, & searching accordingly for suitable matches
3. Jointly prospecting & short-listing matches for the member (basis schedule)
4. Representing the member & connecting with desirable prospects
5. Facilitating meetings with only consented & relevant matches for the member
6. Involves counseling the member & ensuring timely achievement of all milestones in the Partner
Search Process.
Requirements
1. Familiarity with web technology and comfortable with the Internet
2. Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills
3. Clear diction and clarity in speech
4. Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize
5. Problem-solving
6. Effective objection handling.
Good to have
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 2 years experience developing customer-facing skills
3. Maturity & sensitivity to deal with all kinds of people
