Job Description
- Segment Manager for Business Partners (Franchisee) Vertical
- Drive client acquisition/ partners acquisition through the sales team
- Device strategies, ideate and launch various schemes to drive sales team on increasing efficiency and performance on acquisition and servicing.
- Device strategies to ensure Business Partners (Franchisees) participate in client acquisition on monthly basis
- Coordinate with exchange & AMC's to organize investment awareness programmes for client acquisition
- Administer various activities for sales team on client acquisition
- Analyze existing data & processes and come out with new idea/plan to take up the acquisition further
- Train and update the sales team on the products and processes from time to time
- Generate MIS/analytics on need basis
