PROFILE: SALES CONSULTANT
- We are seeking a proactive and charismatic Liaison Officer to support our real estate division. This role will focus on managing client relationships, supporting sales teams, and enhancing business development efforts.
- The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between various departments, monitor sales activities, and assist in the development of new business strategies. A strong emphasis will be placed on supporting sales personnel, ensuring they are equipped to achieve their targets.
- This position requires a very smart, intelligent and pleasing personality with excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Oversight:
- Monitor and support sales personnel to ensure targets are met.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to new sales team members.
2. Client Monitoring:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Regularly assess client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
- Conduct follow-ups and gather feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Understand and document client requirements, preferences, and feedback.
- Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary information to meet client expectations.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction through service improvements.
3. Liaisoning Works:
- Serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions between stakeholders to align goals and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the real estate team to ensure smooth communication.
- Facilitate meetings with clients to discuss their requirements and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
4. Developer Visits:
- Coordinate visits to client sites with developers to understand client needs and enhance service offerings.
- Ensure developers are informed of client requirements and expectations.
5. Manager Alliance:
- Establish and maintain strategic alliances with other businesses to drive mutual growth.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with terms.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement strategies for improving sales effectiveness.
6. Sales Monitoring:
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Closely track and analyze the performance of sales employees.
- Conduct regular assessments of sales activities to ensure targets are being met.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to management.
7. Sales Support:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
