Email Marketing:
Setting up and managing email campaigns from scratch.
Ensure deliverability and success of email campaigns with final review of messages.
Understand spam issues and managing the same.
Ensure adherence to design with proper form and template in all sent messages.
Development of a personalization strategy and ensure messages are mobile-friendly.
Manage database of emails for lead generation and direct marketing.
Purge non-deliverable email addresses, while keeping track and analyzing marketing campaigns.
Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.
Mobile Marketing:
Plan campaigns for user acquisition, engagement and retention based on the marketing budgets
Drive high quality user acquisition and app installs through innovative marketing campaigns ensuring healthy ROI
Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to drive engagement, retention and customer lifetime value
Analyze user generated data to discover behavior patterns. Fine tune the campaigns based on the findings.
Work with marketing partners, vendors and internal teams to design and implement innovative marketing campaigns
Focus on driving downloads from organic channels including but not limited to social media and blogs
Establish best practices for marketing and advertising in the mobile space
Regular Reports and Updates to Management
Channels to Manage include Mobile affiliates/platforms to drive installs, Email, Social Media and other channels
Desired Tools:

RTB Platforms
CRM and ESP

Professional and Personal Competencies
Minimum 3-4 years of personal experience in mobile marketing (media buy) and email marketing is must
Hands-on experience in email campaigns and list selection with email tools like Benchmark, Octane, Icubes, etc
Good understanding of marketing concepts like CPS, CPC, CPI as well as email deliverability, open rates, click rates is desirable
Ability to troubleshoot coding and deliverability
Excellent communication and ideation skills with an eye for detail
Good understanding of database concepts and segmentation
Ability and desire to learn quickly
Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
Proactive, energetic and humble personality with inquiring, investigative mind
