Job Description :


Role Overview :


Seedee Wheelchairs is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Sales Head to lead our nationwide sales efforts. This role involves establishing a comprehensive Distributor, Dealer, and Shop-in-Shop network across India, ensuring brand penetration, and driving market share in both established and emerging markets. Reporting directly to the MD, the Senior Sales Head will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets and expand Seedee's footprint across diverse regions of the country.

Key Responsibilities :

1. National Sales Strategy and Execution :

- Develop and implement a robust, data-driven sales strategy to establish a widespread distributor and dealer network across India.

- Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential regions and prioritise resources for maximum impact in building a pan-India presence.

2. Regional Sales Team Development and Leadership :

- Recruit, lead, and develop regional sales managers and teams, creating a structured approach to monitor regional sales performance, training needs, and skill-building initiatives.

- Set performance targets and incentives, providing guidance and support to ensure that each regional team achieves or exceeds their objectives.

3. High-Level Partner and Stakeholder Relationship Management :

- Establish and cultivate relationships with high-value distributors, dealers, and retail partners across various regions in India, building a solid network to support nationwide distribution.

- Negotiate and finalise contracts and agreements with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Seedee's brand values and long-term goals.

4. Sales Pipeline Management and Reporting :

- Develop a national sales pipeline and oversee end-to-end sales performance, tracking key metrics to ensure all regions meet or exceed targets.

- Regularly report progress to the MD, providing insights into performance trends, key wins, challenges, and strategic recommendations for improvement.

5. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis :

- Conduct field visits and on-site evaluations across India to assess partner suitability and market conditions, adapting sales strategies based on market intelligence.

- Monitor competitor activities, market shifts, and customer feedback, adjusting the sales approach to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 2+ years in a senior sales or business development role with proven experience managing all-India sales operations, distributor/dealer network expansion, or B2B sales in the healthcare or mobility sectors.

- Leadership Skills : Demonstrated experience in leading large, multi-regional sales teams and driving results across diverse geographies.

- Strategic Thinking : Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with experience developing and executing a successful national sales strategy.

- Communication and Negotiation Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

- Willingness to Travel : Flexibility to travel frequently across India to support sales operations and partner engagement activities.
