- Educate potential customers about the superior product quality and associated health benefits while sharing the shortcomings of using conventional cookware and its impact on health and nutrition.
- Engage in active listening and establish rapport and trust with customers.
- Demonstrate how meals can be more nutritious and healthier when cooked with minimum or no water/oil using Royal Prestige range of products.
- Sell the best-suited cooking system after understanding potential customers family size and their cooking patterns.
- Regular follow-up with existing customers to ensure they are comfortable with product usage, seek referrals contacts and cross sell new products.
- Generate leads by networking (friends, relatives, mommy groups, etc).
- Attend weekly (or as scheduled) sales meetings and share sales experiences with the wider group from a learning perspective.
