1. Research :

- Research through internet/ market survey / any other medium to understand trends and customer needs

2. Database Management :

- Create and ensure that the information in the database is updated on a regular basis

- Maintain the daily calling data in excel or the CRM software

3. Cold Calling & Customer Relationship:
 
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products

- Arrange for a client meeting via calls or emails

- Attend client meetings (if need be) and build a good relationship with customers

- Conduct a regular follow up via emails or calls to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

4. Others :

- Create presentations for client meetings

- Ensure all the necessary documents/ materials i.e catalogues, presentation, samples are ready for meetings

- Any other role or business activity that may be required by the management from time to time
