The Incumbent will be responsible for the following activities :
- Manage and lead teams for running successful processes
- Manage in house call center team and help them to achieve targets
- Handle escalations
- Responsible for recruitment and selection process
- Proven experience in Bulk hiring in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection process for contact center/ tele sales executives
- Familiarity with different hiring methods, tools and techniques
