- Our impending acceleration in the market offers a terrific opportunity for senior executives to join our team in a Regional Sales Head role and champion our rise to top of the workforce management solutions pyramid. As we pivot our product strategies, the opportunity is greenfield, to build high-performance sales teams, develop go-to-market channels, construct & manage alliances and establish an optimal sales cadence for Securtime.
- As Regional Sales Head for Securtime, you are expected to have demonstrated hands-on expertise in growing businesses. A successful track record of developing & executing multi-layered sales strategies, leading complex negotiation cycles to closure and consistently outdoing targets is an obvious necessity. If you- re a self-motivated and result-oriented professional with experience in the Enterprise Solutions & Product Sales, you may be the one we are looking for.
Responsibilities :
- Conceive, Develop and Implement effective sales strategies for the assigned region.
- Ensure Product Mix, and Gross Margin.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual sales & revenue report and presents a realistic forecast.
- Drive lead generation and discover new markets/industries/channels/areas for extending reach and penetration.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development teams as necessary.
Desired skills :
- Preferably with 8 - 12 years of B2B/Corporate Sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business across the location.
- SaaS sales experience will be preferred.
- Experience in early-stage startup environments will be handy.
- Knowledge of CRM and associated tools to optimize sales management
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills.
