Designation - Section Manager
Age - Below 29 Years
Qualification - Graduation
Location - Thane
Experience - Min. 2 Years ( in retail sales ) and Min. 1 Year (in leadership role).
Responsibilities :
- Dept Sales Store sales ABP achievement.
- Increasing the Sales productivity of the department.
- Increase in ticket size of the department.
- Complaints/ query resolution for feedback received for store / dept through Share With Us / customer physically.
- Increase Mystery Shopper audit score.
- Reducing of Billing errors. Error % of total no of bills.
- SOP Audit score.
- Completion of all projects highlighted in SMT.
- Department Incentive Achievement.
- MBP Adherence.
- Ensuring Tagging of merchandise done meticulously.
- Ensuring ED display compliance as per MPM Norms like colour blocking /size blocking etc.
- Ensuring proper facing of the merchandise.
- Ensuring signage are put on floor as per the discount promotion sheet.
- Implementation of store level Promotion Plans at the department level.
- Ensuring old offers relating to the dept are being deleted & new offers are updated in the system.
- 100% adherence for all the merchandise categories. Coordinating with the Category team for achieving the same.
- Overseeing Automatic replenishment system.
- Stock Availability.
- Compliance with Assortment Plan for the category.
- Participate in the store appraisal process as an appraiser and reviewer.
- Coordinating with the Category with feedback on the merchandise
- Coordinating with Category in indenting of merchandise
- Tracking the slow moving stocks and get them moved either through sale and back to W/H or inter store transfers
- Tracking Margin Analysis,ageing analysis, stock cover on the floor
- Shrinkage control thorough, regular stock, proper tagging & Perpetual Inventory
- Tracking % of stock value on week on week basis
- Tracking of offer updation for the department
- Identifying the training Gaps in the Team members getting the refresher training planned & executed
- Taking the Morning brief and weekly briefing about the Top-line achievement or highlighting certain concerns of the dept
- Discussing with the store management team for cross merchandising space
- Managing, Motivating & mentoring the FA
- Ensuring the participants attend the training program as per the training calendar.
- Delivering the training content if identified as trainer as per training calendar
- Coordinating with MM / AMM for inputs to improve the topline & bottom line of dept
- Assuming process owner for the customer entry measurement & ensure every security guard at the store is trained in foot fall measurement process.
- Ensuring department cleanliness & hygiene
- Bench-marking the competition
- Ensuring high level of customer service offering to the customers through regular training and interaction with TM and implementing with feedback from CSD & audit reports
- Ensuring customer interaction standards are followed on the floor
- Maintaining Stock inward register
- Maintaining Discount promotion register
- Maintaining Grooming & Hygiene register
- Maintaining Perpetual inventory register
- Maintaining Tagging requisition form
- Coordinating with the CSD for the announcement of departmental promotion and in store discount announcement
- Ensuring the offer updations in the system
- Ensuring that the free gifts are handled in the most effective manner
- Ensuring proper signage in the dept to communicate free gifts availablity.
- Coordinating with CSD team for department related query resolution, for the queries forwarded through customer care helpline
- Coordinate with CSD team on availability of free gifts stocks & handling non availability of free gifts customer queries.
- Responsible for store opening & closing process.
- Stock Auditor and scanning members to be guided / instructed for stock taking activity
- Maintaining the details of dump in the dump register
- Tracking the damaged goods for destroying and also dump & scrap register.
- Basing STO received from category coordinating with the warehouse for the receipt of assigned number of merchandise
- Approves department signage request forwarded by Team Leader
- Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of VM fixtures
- Ensuring proper maintenance of VM Fixtures in the department.
- Ensuring all the merchandise from the cashier tills are collected back
- Ensuring that damaged pieces/expiry pieces are removed from the floor
- Ensuring the color blocking
- Ensuring the products are arranged in FIFO
- Proper display of mannequins
- Ensuring stocks for bar codes & hard /soft tags
- Review the target Vs Achievement.
