Since our launch in May 2020, we have had many firsts- we sold a million units of India's first prebiotic chocolates- chocolates that are good for gut health. We- re also the first to launch the super grain "Teff" in India, and an algorithmic nutrition-based subscription programme for snacking.
Our Vision is to transform eating habits of younger generation especially children, by empowering their parents to switch to better food choices and digital engagement on nutrition. Our Mission is to create an impact in providing good food and nutrition to at least 10 million kids over the next 3 years.
We are present in 5 cities in 400 retail stores, have a wide presence across the ecommerce landscape - Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Swiggy, Insta mart to name a few. Our team is a mix of parents and nutrition experts, and we draw from each other's collective experiences to come up with innovative ways of promoting healthy eating solutions and creating a long-term impact on how our children get essential nutrients. We are looking to Growth Marketing Manager who can explode the 20 billion USD market opportunity that exists today amongst the competitive landscape of the big MNC's.
Role:
This role is an opportunity to take our growth marketing from 0 - 1 drive the development and execution of our organic and paid growth campaigns, and deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Scaling growth to 3x in the next 6 months, 10x in the next 12 months
- Lead strategy and execution to drive prospect + customer engagement and acquisition
o Strategy - identify campaign opportunities for growth; propose tests that allow us to optimize and iterate changes that will drive measurable business improvements
o Execution - lead and program manage said tests, by partnering with design, product marketing, content, and developers to execute tests on an ongoing basis
- Build positive ROI new acquisition channels via affiliates and partnerships.
- Build the community of all leads. Figuring out various ways to keep adding value in their journey of managing diabetes. And eventually, get growth from this channel.
- Develop and optimize organic campaigns and channel strategy across SEO, SEM, email, website, paid digital, and more
- Own and manage site optimization and analytics
- Develop a company-wide culture of testing and experimentation to innovate on how we drive user growth, acquisition, and engagement.
- Analyze the results of all campaigns while finding opportunities to improve and optimize the performance going forward, and share big picture learnings with the larger team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing
- Experience with Consumer companies [B2C]
- Conversion rate & landing page optimization experience
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a must.
