LenDenCLub is looking for a dynamic, creative, and action-driven individual to take complete responsibility for their SEO efforts. SEO at LenDenClub is not stuffing keyword into pages but helping customers understand their products & services with the best possible experience.

You will be joining a young and fast-paced team where you- ll work alongside the Product Manager and the Marketing Manager. You will have complete responsibility and ability to take decisions on SEO front.

Goals and objectives

1. Driving relevant traffic with conversion in focus.

2. Growth hacking to beat the competition.

Responsibilities

Keyword Research: Run keyword research focused on LenDenClub's business goals to optimise performance and explore new opportunities.

SEO Analysis: Run website analysis and provide recommendations to improve site architecture.

Content Development: Create content strategies to meet SEO goals.

Tools Management: Monitor tools like webmaster, analytics, SEM Rush etc to manage SEO campaigns and projects.

Marketing Content: Work with marketing team to create marketing content like case studies, videos, blog posts, infographics etc.

SEO Trends: Follow and implement latest SEO trends and maintain industry standards.

Reporting: Prepare reports around SEO and suggest improvements.

Technicals: Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on the newly developed code.

Monitoring Performance: Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance

Minimum Requirements

1. Experience of working with a product with high traffic volume.

2. More than 2 years of experience working in SEO.

3. Thorough understanding of SEO tools like Webmaster, Google Analytics etc.

4. Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments.

Additional Requirements

1. Knowledge of HTML/CSS

2. Knowledge of designing using photoshop, illustrator etc.
