Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Marketing Specialist (6-9 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop and implement our SEO & SEM strategy
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Regularly perform thorough keywords research
- Identify key SEO & SEM KPIs
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
- Prepare and present reports regularly
- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Work with web and app developers and marketing team to implement SEO best practices
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
- Do timely competitor keyword analysis and use the best keyword for our business
- Manage our accounts on different channels, which include AdWords, Facebook (Search and Social Media Marketing) ad networks, and other channels in the future.
- Deriving insights inform future campaigns
- Be data-driven and always developing and testing new hypotheses.
- Work with creative teams to produce high performing creative
- Collaborate with the data to develop KPIs and dashboards
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of experience as SEO, SEM Specialist or similar role
- 2-3 years of experience with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy proven success in SEO
- 2-3 years of experience web analytics, marketing, and business development
- Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
- Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Previous experience with SEO apps like SEMRush, SimilarWeb, etc.
Education :
- Any Graduate in Any Specialization
