What you'll do :
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SEO specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization techniques.

Responsibilities :
- Develop, Implement and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic across all major search networks.
- Responsible for boosting DA, PA Trust flow of the website by building links on authoritative websites.
- Responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building keyword strategy to increase rankings.
- Proven experience in SEO to increase SERP (Search Engine Ranking Pages) CTR (Click Through Rate).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- We'll-researched in latest updates by search engines and we'll-versed in implementing Search Engine Optimization recommendations.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Implement and administer Search Engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools).
- Perform detailed keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content development that align with the client s business goals.
- Optimize website elements, including content, meta tags, and HTML structure, to improve Search Engine Rankings and user experience.
- Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and SEO reports.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into content creation, contributing to the overall content strategy focusing on SEO performance.
- Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to refine and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure strategies remain effective and compliant.
- Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects.
- Facilitate SEO training sessions for the content team to enhance their understanding of SEO best practices and ensure a cohesive approach to content creation.
- Keep pace with Search Engine, Social Media, and Internet Marketing Industry trends and developments.
- Communication with team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
Requirements/Key Skills :
- 2 - 4 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of Search Engine Algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Experience with website optimization techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Blog/forum commenting, article submissions, excellent in backlink building.
- Strategy Implementation and link wheeling and Google Analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of organic search trends, including Search Engine Algorithm changes, the latest tools and technologies.
- Should know about Google Adwords (PPC).
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
