Search Engine Marketing Role - Marketing Agency (2-6 yrs)

Our client, a marketing agency, is hiring for a SEM Executive. You will drive revenue growth and user satisfaction through strategic, optimized Google Ad Search campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will enhance user experience, increase engagement, and generate revenue, utilizing expertise in Google AdWords, algorithms, and audience targeting.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute Google Ad Search campaigns that align with business goals and exceed performance benchmarks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and generate revenue.

- Manage and optimize bidding strategies, keyword targeting, ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to maximize ROI.

- Maintain a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, auction dynamics, and audience targeting to inform strategic decisions.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve campaign performance.

- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for search campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI.

Qualifications :

- 3-4 years of experience in Google Ad Search advertising, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.

- Experience managing large-scale search campaigns, including budgeting, bidding, and optimization.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform strategic decisions.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of search experts.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
