SEM Manager - Onsite Role
- Our Client is looking for an experienced SEM Manager who has expertise in developing and executing search engine management and paid digital marketing activities that generate qualified web traffic and conversions for identified KPIs.
- As an experienced candidate, you will evaluate keywords, trends, competitors, and market behavior to identify opportunities that will advance SEM initiatives. You will work closely with team members from various departments in creating effective approaches for multiple SEM campaigns using the industry's best practices.
- You' ll also be responsible for implementing digital strategies that increase productivity and optimize campaigns to reach ROI targets.
Responsibilities :
- Provides full execution of all core SEM activities and tactics.
- Plans and implements digital acquisition strategy, lead generation tactics A/B and multivariate testing, ad copywriting, keyword builds.
- Determines fiscal year and project-specific budget requirements with projected results, for client digital marketing strategies.
- Performs ongoing keyword discovery, expansion as well as optimize ad copy and landing page functionality.
- Schedules, monitors and optimizes all SEM and paid display advertising performance.
- Executes tests, collects, and analyzes data, identifies trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Analyzes performance data daily to find trends and opportunities for improvement and areas of weakness with accounts and campaigns.
- Analyzes cross-channel traffic and attribution.
- Prepares and presents regular analytical data & reports with defined KPIs and results tracking to proforma.
- Audits current setup of site events and data sources, ensuring all data sources are connected and feeding events properly.
- Ensure accurate billing of all paid digital media.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree ( Tier 1 Institutes)
- 3-5 years experience in SEM/SEO campaign management (Google, Yahoo! & Bing
- Google Analytics and Adwords Certification(s)
- Experience with digital advertising for apps
