Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base with our various financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for mutual funds, insurance, bonds, Co FDs.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients by generating AUM.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- At least 4+ years of experience in sales within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of insurance, mutual funds, bonds, Co FDs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional Financial Certifications (NISM, CFA, CFP)
- Masters' degree in Sales and Finance will be an added advantage.
