SDU Beverages - Area Sales Manager (8-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of Annual Operating Plan in terms of primary and secondary
- Building market strategy to generate higher revenue and locate the gap and opportunity area and getting the plan executed by the team
- Recruiting, managing, and motivating the sales team
- Working cohesively with other functions and collaborating constructively with peers
- Managing channel partners and collaborating with them to ensure healthy ROI
- Planning with the team to execute channel expansion and new town expansion
- Monitoring and ensuring product visibility in the market with dominance as per company norms
- Monthly and quarterly forecasting of all categories and SKU to plan and execute optimum result.
Key Deliverables:
- Achieving Primary and secondary sales targets
- Train and retain Sales Team
- Expanding into new geographies/Business Development by appointing Distributors for vacant areas in allocated territory.
- Relationship orientation to manage distributors, work through them
- Sales Analysis, understanding market opportunities and taking action to tap the potentail
- Competitor and market survey, keeping abreast with competitor activities
Key Competencies:
- Experience in Beverage, FMCG, Consumer Product industry in General Trade and HoReCa
Team Size:
- People management of Sales Officers (SO), Sales Executives (SE) 4-5
