Job Description :
We at SDP Group of Companies are hiring for Business Development and Sales Executive for Smart Cities, Digital Transformation, Digital Platforms, Urban Infrastructures etc. will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of services and solutions by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This role involves engaging with various stakeholders, including government officials, urban planners, and technology partners, to promote and implement innovative solutions that enhance urban living.
Responsibilities :
- Proposal Development : Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that effectively showcase the value proposition of smart city solutions. Provide accurate and timely quotations, pricing, and contract negotiation support.
- Solution Consultation : Collaborate with technical teams to understand and articulate the features, benefits, and capabilities of smart city solutions. Tailor solutions to address client-specific challenges and requirements.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including city officials, urban planners, developers, and other decision-makers. Identify client requirements and pain points through consultative selling techniques.
- Business Development : Identify and target potential clients in the smart cities sector, including government entities, municipalities, and private sector stakeholders. Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to promote smart city solutions, including IoT, urban mobility, Marketplace, energy management, public safety, and smart infrastructure. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Reporting and Analysis : Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline development, sales metrics, and revenue forecasts. Analyze sales data and market feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes

Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven minimum of 2-6 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the smart cities or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of smart city concepts, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
