What you will be doing-
Manage Customer Renewals -
Negotiate and manage Contracts, Pricing etc.
Send alerts to customer for renewals
Charge Credit cards for auto-renewals
Follow Dunning Process
Billing & Collections -
Raise Bills
Followup for Payments
Dunning Process
Customer Management
Run Customer Marketing Campaigns
Communicate with Customers for Surveys
Answer basic customer queries - Product, Support & Pricing
Initiate opportunties for upselling, & renewals
Service Provisioning-
Provision Licneses and SMS Credits to Customers
Experience & Education:
2 plus years experience in renewal, billing, customer interaction is required.
Excellent Communication is required
Exposure with Global client interaction
