Screen-Magic - Marketing Automation Specialist (5-10 yrs)
As a marketing operations & systems manager, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, demand generation, and marketing database management. You will be an adept project manager, capable of managing multiple projects at once, coordinating team efforts and assignments as related to marketing and customer programs to ensure successful outcomes that contribute to business strategy and objectives.
You will report to the VP of Marketing and work to implement strategic digital programs at a systems level, managing the marketing technical team to execute, track, and report on the success of each campaign and program.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the technical aspects of marketing systems :
- Marketo : Design and implement campaigns from initial creation through complete and accurate reporting, including lead scoring and automation.
- Salesforce org integration : Lead routing and management between Marketo and Salesforce with analysis and reporting on lead status, pipeline contribution and closed-loop feedback between sales and marketing for lead orchestration.
- AppExchange : Create and integrate AppExchange reporting and analysis with other channels
- WordPress website : Management of the website to include overseeing implementation of standard and custom pages, infrastructure, integration with Marketo for forms and landing pages.
- Data analysis tools : experience with data tools as applied to effectively manage the marketing database including deduplication tools, data enhancement for lead development and lead optimization
- Analyze and report on marketing data
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Analyze marketing data to develop insights for lead and program optimization.
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
Technical marketing team management :
The technical marketing team includes web developers, graphic designers, and data analysts.
- Implement project management tools for the management and tracking of all aspects of marketing projects, including website, graphic design, content production and publishing, campaign execution, etc.
- Manage all technical team member tasks across multiple projects from assignment through completion.
- Coordinate the timing of multiple projects with technical resources to meet deadlines
- Interface with content writers, editors and social media manager as appropriate for project completion.
Requirements :
- 5 - 7 years in marketing operations with increasing responsibility
- Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies including specifically the Salesforce CRM.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Experience working in a global marketplace - including US, UK, EMEA, APAC.
- Experience managing a team of technical marketing resources.
- Strong communication skills, including fluency in English
- Able to work with VP of Marketing remotely in US Pacific time zone.
