Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and expand the client base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential areas for growth.
Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably with hands-on experience on Upwork.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
