Skills:

- Should be a graduate with 3+ years of relevant sales experience. MBA degree is a plus.

- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time

- Desire to deliver excellent customer experience

- Hands on experience in identifying and prospecting new sales opportunities

- Should be hand on with MS Office software (MS Excel in particular)

- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

- Should have excellent English, Hindi and Kannada communication skills with neutral accent.

- Should have great organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize based on customer needs.

Job Description:

- Take handoff from the sales team after contract signing

- Build and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

- Report on the status of accounts and transactions

- Arrange and provide training to the client on ScoreUp products and services

- Help Customer setup and use the product

- Generate new business opportunities using both existing and new customer networking

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients

- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with various Services team members, specifically staffing and the professional services

- Cross sell in the process of providing them ScoreUp services

- Address customer concerns with regards to ScoreUp platform services

- Brief the executive team about pulse of the client
