Sciative Solutions - Manager - Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies to form marketing strategies
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Designing, Conceptualizing and Executing Social Media campaigns and contests across all social media platforms
- Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events for Brand Promotions to ensure brand visibility and awareness
- Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or company's marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.

- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Should be willing to work for start-ups and grow with the company
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
